Juventus and Allegri Part Ways

Mutual Agreement to Terminate Contract at Season's End

Club Expresses Gratitude for Coach's Contributions

In a statement released on Monday, Juventus Football Club and Massimiliano Allegri announced their mutual decision to terminate the coach's contract at the conclusion of the current season.

"The club would like to thank Allegri for all his hard work and dedication during his time at Juventus," the statement read. "He has been a true professional and has always put the interests of the club first."

Allegri, 56, joined Juventus in 2014 and led the team to five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italia trophies, and two Supercoppa Italiana victories. He also guided the club to the UEFA Champions League final in 2017.

However, Juventus have struggled for consistency in recent seasons, and the club decided to part ways with Allegri following a disappointing campaign in which they finished fourth in Serie A and were eliminated from the Champions League in the round of 16.

Despite the disappointing end to his tenure, Allegri remains a respected figure in the world of football. He is widely regarded as one of the best coaches of his generation, and he is expected to be in high demand when he becomes available at the end of the season.

Juventus, meanwhile, will now begin the search for a new coach to lead the team into the future. Several high-profile names have been linked with the job, including Antonio Conte, Zinedine Zidane, and Mauricio Pochettino.
